generating rails application (help)

When I try to connect to rails server the browser says page unavailable

address http://0.0.0.0:3000

Did you start the server?

also note that the address of the local host is different on OS X than it is on windows, however the link rails provides in the console after starting the server should be correct for your operating system. I think on windows its something like http://localhost instead.
