getIconId should be declared static

Error is shown that getIconId should be declared static and if i do that other function shows error

How to resolve it?

getIconId shouldn't be declared static because it's supposed to fetch an object property and it needs to be an instance method to do that. You likely have an error elsewhere in your code causing this, such as trying to call getIconId() on the class instead of an object.
