getting a "you are not using the variable defined in the foreach loop" error...but i am...

how am i failing this code challenge when i'm using the variable defined in the foreach loop?????

$names = array('Mike', 'Chris', 'Jane', 'Bob');

foreach($names as $name) {
?>

  <li><?php echo $name ?></li>;

<?php
}
?>
</ul>

I just tested your work without the the ul tags and the editor accepted it. So it's not you, it's the editor. In my mind it makes a lot of sense to put li elements inside a ul, so not sure why the editor won't take it??
