Getting already initialized constant APP_PATH error

I just started getting an error, bin/rails:6: warning: already initialized constant APP_PATH, when I start the rails server. I looked online for solutions but haven't seemed to get the app back up.

Not sure what this means exactly so any help would be greatly appreciated.
