JavaScript Express Basics Deeper into Routing with Express POST Requests

Getting Error: listen EACCES: permission denied 0.0.0.0:3000

Weird because so far I haven't had any issues through this course. I tried running node/nodemon in command prompt with elevated privileges and using different port numbers. No other node processes are running. I have been searching online, but a lot of the situations don't seem applicable to mine.
