Hi Andrei, I just create my own environment Machine Learning in Anaconda

          conda create --name MachineLearning

then I go to the scikit-learn webpage to find out its scikit-learn requirements

I then install each one of the package with the most .current version to my environment MachineLearning and then scikit-learn,

           conda create --name MachineLearning numpy
           conda create --name MachineLearning scipy
           conda create --name MachineLearning joblib
conda create --name MachineLearning scikit-learn ```
