I have recently started putting myself out on freelance websites such as PeaoplePerHour and just this morning I received an email from someone who was interested in my skills. They have asked to see examples of my work but currently I don't have anything online yet. I've created various little projects such as an expanding header and a hidden navigation but not a full website yet.
Is there a way to present this work ? Or do I need to create and host a full portfolio website first?

Courses Plus Student 8,349 PointsYou can create some "Pretend Projects". When I started out myself I also had no portfolio. Try to create some imaginary companies and make a websites for them. I like to think of companies from various industries and create Pretend Projects. This way I have been able to learn and improve my skills and attract clients. People per hour can get very competitive. Make sure your have something to show. Good Luck.
