Getting started

In the second video loading a basic set up into chrome? I do not see or know what he is talking about I can write out the code but not get the results he does not sure how to load it to chrome?

Are you having trouble loading your site in Chrome? Or are you trying to debug using the developer tools?

I needed to download the notepad++ editor and I did that but I am not getting it to function yet.
