I am currently learning android but in the future want to learn some website programming. How would you recommend I get started learning how to make websites? Do I take the front end web development track the web design track or is WordPress a better option for getting started making websites? :)

I'd say that the Web design track is the best option. That's one I'm taking, and it takes you from the bottom up, so you get a good understanding of css and html.
I guess once you have the fundamentals sorted, it would make WordPress easier to understand,

Courses Plus Student 5,897 PointsI agree with @Damon Johnson. Learning the ideas and concepts from the ground up is going to help you be a much better coder/developer/programmer in the future. I debated the same question before embarking on the Web Design track. Shortly after starting the course, I realized that understanding how all the pieces work together will allow for me to have more robust and effective builds.

2,027 PointsOn the other hand, I'd recommend getting started with front-end development. The Web Design track focus more (as one would expect) to the design aspect (aesthetics, photoshop, logo, etc). While the front-end development is more of creating websites (as you said, you're interested in website programming and make websites).
