Github, I don't have any presence yet.

I am presently taking the Track Front End Web Development course since September 2021. Few times I tried to register for Github but I find it confusing and not knowing how to go about it. I have only about 7 hours of courses left to complete the Track. Firstly, should I still register for Github? Secondly, any resource(s) or information on how to register and use Github will be appreciated.

Hey Tony Idehen ! We have a great course on GitHub here. Even though you are almost done with the track, it is definitely still a great thing to learn. Most tech companies use some type of version control and GitHub is one of the more popular ones. They also have GitHub desktop app which makes it even easier to use!
