You don't need to put an 'o' in there. Just make sure you have the alt and src in the img.

<!doctype>
<html>
  <head>
    <title>My trip to Spain</title>
  </head>
  <body id="top">

    <img src="images/spain.jpg" alt="A picture of me in Spain">
    Here is a picture of me in Spain last summer!
    <a href="#top">Go back to the top of the page.</a>
    <p>Here is a picture of me in Spain last summer!</p>

  </body>
</html>
