Glitch in the system

When watching a video from the library, you are given a downloads navigation bellow and to the right.

When you attempt to download the project files whilst watching the video, it suddenly becomes unresponsive and I am forced to refresh my page and find my position in the video..

Just thought i'd like you know! :)

I've been having intermittent issues with the videos stopping, too. Sometimes a reload helps, other times it doesn't. Usually if I track ahead of the location where it stopped it starts playing again.

@Jake - Can you email the Treehouse support team at help@teamtreehouse.com to report the issue you are having and provide them the information you mentioned here.

@Brian -

If you are using Chrome can try changing your setting in Treehouse to use Flash-based video instead of HTML5 and see if that helps.

If that doesn't work here are few things to try:

  • Using Incognito mode
  • Using a different browser
  • Using a different PC

Most likely it's an extension that is causing a conflict. Trying the above steps can help narrow down what the issue is.

If you still need help you can email help@teamtreehouse.com

I get that same problem. I thought it was just my bad internet. Not a huge deal to me, but thought I would let you know I have the same issue.

It's always been an issue for me also. I call it a "TreeHouse Feature". No Big Woop ...
