Going too slowly

I am going through React Basic and find that if I don't rebuild the app (the scoreboard) several times from scratch I can't seem to absorb what is happening. At this rate I will never become a developer.

Do you have an suggestions on how to learn quicker? I've spent nearly 2 weeks on that course now, I've rebuilt the app nearly 17 times from scratch and I still find myself making mistakes (mostly Syntactical)

The React course is for more advanced students, so I recommend taking the basic courses beforehand. Try taking the Beginning JavaScript track.

That's a good idea, I'll switch over to Beginning javascript for now
