Does anything body know the big difference between the GOLD and SILVER account? Is it really worth the extra money every month? I am still in my free trial and really enjoying the site. Trying to figure out which one i should choose when my trial is up. Thanks!

55,236 PointsJames' link gives a good overview of the differences. From a personal perspective, I started with the Gold membership, but demoted myself to Silver when I realized I didn't (yet) have the background to get much benefit from the additional content, which trends toward more advanced topics. It was also sort of distracting in the sense of 'there's so much content I don't know where to start ahhhh'. Silver has helped keep me on track, but I started as a beginner, and depending on your background, you might benefit from the additional information available to Gold subscribers. I do plan to go back to Gold once I feel I'm on more competent footing and can get more out of the additional content.

I kinda agree with Cena Mayo's perspective.
From the link James provided I can tell that there are some advantages on subbing the gold plan, but being a newbie (graphic designer with no code knowledge whatsoever!) I don't see myself taking advantage on some of the (although insanely interesting) masterclasses and workshops available on gold, at least for now. That does not mean that I won't upgrade my subscription in the future, when I feel a bit more prepared after running through the basics, as soon as I am ready to improve what I already learned, I am probably going to upgrade to gold.
