Google Map on Search Results page

Good day

I'm working on a Listing Site.

I'd like the search results to return on a Google Maps page ... I'd also like the site to be able to be searched by region, so if the user search for say, California, all the listings in that region would appear as markers on the page.

I've seen templates, but they're restricted to certain degree.

Can I get a starting point?

Here's what I think I should need.

ACF - Maybe pull in Longitude and Lattitude into a field? Google Maps - Obviously

Hi,

Have you had a look at the listify theme on theme forest? I have used the jobify theme before by the same developers and it was a very simple set up and has the feature you are suggesting ?

If not I know that the WP Job Manager plugin uses Geo Location on its job listings and it is open on GitHub so you could have a good look at how they are doing it as they are from WordPress so they are most likely doing it in a way WordPress supports well!

Hope this gets you going!
