Gooseberrycreative.com/cmder page not found when trying to install cmder

I was following the video Installing a Ruby on Rails Development Environment in Windows. After installing Ruby, my next step was to install cmdr. But the address link for cmdr won't work. (http://gooseberrycreative.com/cmder returns Page not found. Can someone please post the correct link to cmdr download. Thank you.
