Grabbing CSV Content & Listing Them As Inventory Items?

How can I grab data from a CSV file on my server and display them in a PHP array? The CSV file will change daily so I need any inventory items that aren't in the CSV file any more to also dissolve on my site.

Any help would be great!

Look up fopen, fclose, and fread. split may also be useful. See what you can do with that, then post back if you still need help :)
