Grid and Normalize CSS Download Help

I am having trouble finding and downloading the following style sheet: grid.css

I have been on GitHub for quite a while and grid.css has eluded me. This is where I have been looking. Am I in the right place? https://github.com/necolas/normalize.css/tree/master

grid.css is a file in the course project files on Treehouse. The link to project files for a stage (if there are any) are to the right of the video.
