Hey James,

We are a start up composed of 6 members, all of us are moonlighting on this project. So there was a reason behind me being so vague. We are looking for any level of experience and a willingness to learn. We won't throw anything to complex at any new member until we know you are ready to handle it. Our senior engineer has been programming since the punch card era.... so we are just looking to grow the team and exchange ideas with like minded individuals who want to solve big problems with technological solutions.

Equity plus cash per project. Rate would have to be determined based on skill level and sophistication of the module. I am open to any suggestions. We have several interns starting at the beginning of summer, so I am always interested in volunteers as well.
