I wanted to know what section I should invest my time in in finding out how to do sever side create and retrieve code and how to make a web page that creates user made post. I don't know if you can see my profile and see what I've already done, but I've done some JavaScript, jQuery, html, and css. Any kind of advice or guidance would help thank you. : )

All three choices are really good, you are pretty much required to know some JavaScript for web development, assuming you know a good deal of Javascript you can spread your wings and try something new. Or you can learn something like Node.js which is made specifically for server-side.
