Guide to Forum Posting Syntax?

Is there anywhere where it tells all the syntax to post in the forum? Like how to create blocks, and how to bold, italicize, etc...? I found a solitary post about how to insert images into your question; that was very informative. But nothing else on how to post readable questions.
