What's wrong with thsi?

'use strict';

var gulp  = require('gulp'),
    sass = require('gulp-sass');

gulp.task('sass-compile', function() {
  return gulp.src("./src/scss/_application.scss")
      .pipe(sass())
      .pipe(gulp.dest('./build/css/'));
});

gulp.task('default', ['sass-compile'] );

File structure goes as follows:

->node_modules ->src: ->scss _application.scss index.html gulpfile.js package.json

Log

gulp sass-compile
[19:03:05] Using gulpfile ~\Desktop\Web Development\Front-end\Static Websites\022spendWe\gulpfile.js
[19:03:05] Starting 'sass-compile'...
[19:03:05] Finished 'sass-compile' after 24 ms
