H2 Web Console Page Not Loading

Whenever I try to run the java -cp h2-1.4.190.jar org.h2.tools.Server command, the TCP, PG, and Web Console server all start and say they're running, but the web console page does not load when the browser opens. Any idea what the problem could be?

I was getting the same issue. Going to http://localhost:8082/ solved this for me.

Based on documentation from H2 site: http://h2database.com/html/quickstart.html

Hope this works.
