h3 Headlines not appearing in first website

So I'm doing the beginner HTML/CSS course and I'm having an issue with my personal follow along project in workspaces.

Everything about my contact page is exactly as it should be but my h3 headlines General Information and Contact details are not appearing. My code seems exactly like the instructors. I have ruled out it being a CSS issue.

Here is the code:

My attempt to comment the sections that are giving my problems messed everything up. Here is the raw code. My h3 headlines General Information and Contact Details are not appearing for a reason I can't figure out

When I pulled your code into my own file and opened it in the browser everything showed up just fine. Perhaps restart the workspace?

So the headlines General Information and Contact details are coming up? I restarted everything and they're still not popping up for me. Weird.

Everything is showing up for me as well. Try clearing browser cache and cookies. I know it's a pain, but worth a shot.
