Hi there! While I would love to answer this question, I simply can't. There are any number of things that could cause this to happen. Any computer system you use is a veritable maze of interlocking parts all connected by hardware and software. The fact that anyone can sit down at a computer ever and have it work at all is a small miracle. You could have a problem with your RAM. It could be a bug in the application you're running. There could be a problem caused by incorrect or outdated drivers for some piece of hardware. It could also be caused by the operating system running some background service or updates and hanging for that reason. Depending on the operating system, it could be an operating system specific problem. There are almost an infinite number of variables here and this isn't even counting anything that might be network related which is an entirely different spider web to untangle.

Some things to start with when troubleshooting:

  • Make sure your operating system is up to date
  • Make sure your app is up to date
  • Run disk diagnostics
  • Run RAM diagnostics
  • Review any system logs for errors. They are often the best bet for finding clues.

Hope this helps! :sparkles:
