Hard to follow as the challenges get harder

I am currently working on Python. I was able to keep my head above water for Basic Python but as I move into Collections - Dictionaries, Tuples etc.

The explanation is very brief and the challenges seems to get exponentially harder. Re-watching videos do not help me very much as the instructor is not breaking down the problem anymore. In Basics, Craig gets you to pause and try.

Wondering if anyone else has this problem.

Your experience is not at all uncommon. You might benefit from some of the answers in this post titled The Wall, and you may also enjoy this episode of The Treehouse Show that features it.

There's also a bonus series titled How to Learn that you might enjoy.
