Has anyone else been stuck in their tracks because Web Hosting for Students won't respond?

This company is incredibly frustrating to deal with. I've been waiting since yesterday for them to verify me and send me instructions. Is it just me??

Yup me! It's not at all clear what the criteria is or what exactly needs to happen! I tried contacting them too, but it's so unclear. I think it's completely wrong of this "tutor" to be self promoting without giving an alternative option or explanation.
