10,110 PointsHey Sascha!! I have used parallax before, its an awesome feature.
There are a few ways to approach it.
Pure css parallax (This is quite complicated) http://keithclark.co.uk/articles/pure-css-parallax-websites/
The easiest approach is to use a javascript library for parallax. My personal favorite is stellar.js. This is a good article about the top javascript/jQuery parallax libraries: https://www.devradius.com/blog/top-3-libraries-for-parallax-scrolling (Be careful to follow the documentation and include jQuery)
