Having a hard time setting up pagination with Rewrite Rules in Place

I'm trying to set up pagination on a page where I already have my rewrite rules in place for clean urls. I've just added the pagination but I'm stuck on the rewrite rules.

Before I added pagination my rewrite rule changed the url to look like this :

http://localhost/website.com/folder/store -- from this --- http://localhost/website.com/folder/store.php?id=store

This is what my url looks like now with my pagination in place:

http://localhost/website.com/folder/store.php?id=store&pg=2

Now I want to change my rewrite rule again so it to look like this with the pagination:

http://localhost/website.com/folder/store/2
