Having bourbon and compass. Should I take the time to learn less and bootstrap?

I'm about to finish SASS basics and I just started to wonder.

Bootstrap wouldn't be a bad thing to understand. As far as learning LESS, I wouldn't just for bootstrap, because A) There is a Sass port for Bootstrap 3, and B) Bootstrap 4 will be in Sass anyway

So if want to learn LESS to learn LESS, than do it, but not because Bootstrap 3 is written in it.

This is where one of the creators mentioned that B4 will be Sass. https://twitter.com/mdo/status/591364406816079873?lang=en

OMG I just read about it and also about PostCSS, do you have more resources about it or a website where I can learn more about that?

You should learn Bootstrap in my opinion :-)
