having problems with code completion in Workspaces

For some reason, all of a sudden, my code completion has started finishing every element I write with "</a>". For ex. "<h1></h1>", fills in with "<h1></a>". Every time, every element. Did I hit a wrong keyboard shortcut? I can't find any 'settings' in the Workspaces window. Thanks!
