PHP Build a Basic PHP Website (2018) Enhancing a Form Escaping Output

Having trouble escaping $name for malicious code.

Added FILTER_SANITIZE_STRING, FILTER_SANITIZE_SPECIAL_CHARS, and if (isset($var)) echo $var. Still getting malicious code warning.

views_listing_edit.php
