Having trouble Installing WordPress. Can someone please help? .dev link doesn't do anything.

I have followed the instructions from the videos on installing WordPress. I am using the ServerPress download. My .dev link was generated, but when I clicked it, Microsoft Edge opened with an HTTP 404 error. I tried using the link via Google to the same result.

I have a brain injury, maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I can't figure out what, since I believe that I followed the directions precisely.

Best suggestion... do not use any CMS at all... never
