having trouble with html 'img' challenge

The challenge is to enter images "numbers-01.jpg", "numbers-6.jpg" and "numbers-06.jpg" into 3 line items of an unordered list. This works on my workspace, but not on the challenge:

          <li><img src="img/numbers-01.jpg alt=""></li>
          <li><img src="img/numbers-02.jpg alt=""></li>
          <li><img src="img/numbers-06.jpg alt=""></li>
        </ul>```

I keep getting "Bummer! Make sure you include an image tag that displays "img/numbers-01.jpg"."

Can anyone spot my error? Is it me or the challenge?

You forgot to close the quotation mark on your src attribute. Should be:

<ul>
<li><img src="img/numbers-01.jpg" alt=""></li>
<li><img src="img/numbers-02.jpg" alt=""></li>
<li><img src="img/numbers-09.jpg" alt=""></li>
</ul>
