Hello,

Do you have a CPU that is capable of supporting HAXM? If so, is virtualization enabled in your BIOS? Also, there was a similar question asked here, be sure to check out the links there as well. If you are still having trouble after that, feel free to let me know here and I will try some other suggestions.
