Header move down when i resize the page

After i added in responive.css flot: left for a picture in About page whole Header move a little down when i resize the browser. Can anyone know how to fix it?

This is what's known as margin collapse. The h3's vertical margin is extending beyond the header when the image gets floated.

:point_right: Here's a quick fix:

section { clear: both; }
