Hello guys, having trouble adding a # and .toUpperCase to a variable. Any help?

var id = "23188xtr"; var lastname = "Smith";

var Username = id.toUpperCase(); *How do I add "# "and "Smith.toUppercase()" to Username var? Āæ username += "#" + Smith.toUpperCase(); ?

Hi Nana, you are to concatenate the three strings together using the + symbol. below is how the code will look:

var id = "23188xtr";
var lastName = "Smith";

var userName = id.toUpperCase() + "#" + lastName.toUpperCase();
