hello I don't understand how to code this

Using the console's printf method, display a message that says, "First name: ", followed by the first name that the user has entered

IO.java

Hi Esraa,

Your code is fine but the output string isn't what the challenge is expecting. It is expecting to see First name:, then the contents of the firstName variable. If you remove the second assignment to firstName (you only need to do that on the first line - you have done it on the third line too; just delete that) and amend your output string to be exactly what the challenge is asking for, your code will pass.
