iOS Enumerations and Optionals in Swift Introduction to Optionals Initializing Optional Values

You need to add a failable initializer to the struct that takes a Dictionary... If you don't understand the concept you should probably rewatch the video. If you forgot what a dictionary is, here's a handy link
