Hello, I would like some help installing sqlite3 on this tutorial.

I am getting the following error,

Assuming you are on windows by your file path. If you are just starting out and don't have access to a mac or linux I would suggest nitrous.io to avoid the Windows fight. I know this does not address your specific question but based on past experience I think it is an option worth considering. The free option works fine for most starter stuff.
