I answered the first to questions successfully but this next question has me stumped. "Now limit the range of the randomNumber variable from 0 to 9. Use the version of 'nextInt()' that has a parameter that specifies how many numbers to choose from". Any suggestions?

42,016 Pointsyou can pass an argument to the nextInt method of your Random object like so:
int randomNumber = randomGenerator.nextInt(5);
the number you pass in is exclusive, so in the above case it will generate numbers from 0-4, in your case you want it from 0-9
