Java Java Objects (Retired) Meet Objects Creating New Objects

help a newbie in Java please

The task is to create a new GoKart object. It takes a single parameter, color.

Example.java
public class Example {

    public static void main(String[] args) {
        System.out.println("We are going to create a GoKart");
    }
}

Creating a java object is similar to a variable declaration except instead of a value you will use the new operator and declare parameters for the object instead. I'll give you an example and you see if it helps you in your challenge:

So say we have a SpaceShip object that takes a string which describes color as the parameter (I think this was another challenge) the declaration would look like this:

SpaceShip ship = new SpaceShip("red");

//I name the object ship, and declared a parameter to be red.
//Some objects don't need to take parameters like this:

SpaceShip ship = new SpaceShip();

hope this helps :)
