Help fix my code. I am trying to practice what I've learned.

I am trying to make a simple program that will return two things. A bool and a double. I want the program to tell me if the double is past 6 the bool should be false. Here is my code.

struct phoneTime {
    var time: Double
    var isItPhoneTime: Bool

    func isItTime(#isItPhoneTime: Bool) -> Bool {

        if time < 6 {
            return isItPhoneTime = true
        }
        else {
           return isItPhoneTime = false }
    }

    init(time: Double, isItPhoneTime: Bool) {
        self.time = time
        self.isItPhoneTime = isItPhoneTime }
}

Help me fix it. I know there are many problems. Thanks!
