Help regarding backlinks

Hi All,

I wanted to know about backlinks as I've just created a Blog so anyone tell me about getting backlinks?

Also I launched this web 3 days ago so I'm still working on it and seeing all criteria so anyone please give me a review about my site about improvements?

I've also planned as when I complete a certain course at treehouse then I'll blog of that course toturial or something like that on my web.

So please help me out.

I have a few ideas: 1.- building your brand: create a logo of your name 2.- more images of you 3.- loading your resume 4.- adding projects that you are working on ! good job and keep the good work.
