Help! stuck, with the most basic things here! still do not know how to go about working out this code for copy and paste

Do i need to write my own story and create a code language for it, like the one shown here?

Per the video, all you need to do is copy this code that is located beneath the video and paste it back into your index.html You would need to use CTRL + C is you are using a windows computer, instead of the regular right click of the mouse. I hope this answers your questions. Happy Coding :)

My workspace box dissapers everytime I try to copy and paste.
