Help with a personal web project

HI, i am hoping someone can help me!

I am currently developing a website for a client and they wish to have their shop opening times on the contact page (simple!). However they would like me to have a table showing the opening/ closing times for reference, as well as a dynamic statement which can say if the store is currently open and if not when they open next!

If someone knows of a blog or tutorial on the web somewhere that would be great!!
