help with connecting to SFTP and transferring code

when I try to connect to SFTP with Cyberduck, it says unsecured FTP connection, do you want to switch to FTP-SSL.

Im also having trouble uploading my files for the website

It may be worth double checking with your hosting provider that all your settings are correct.
