Help with interviews?

Hi everyone,

On my resume I put my University Education, I only did 1 year and dropped out, I clearly stated on my resume that I did 1 year, but my interviewer thinks I have a degree, he now gives me an interview because of this, what should I tell him? Should I convince him I can do the job, without a degree? Should I lie (I don't want to resort to this)?

Please share your thoughts and opinions, I appreciate any advice.

Thank you,

Ken

Attend the interview, be honest and don't ever lie at the interview. Tell the interviewer that although you don't have a formal degree, you are taking online courses and are equipped well to do the job. It's all about making the interviewer feel confident that you can do the job well. Give your best and good luck!

Agreed. I would never lie at an interview. Any falsification could result in a termination of your employment. Be honest and confirm you have the abilities required to perform the job. The Interviewer may even be impressed by your forthrightness. Best of luck!
