Help with starting up a website?

I am trying to make a website for my friend. It is a super simple website with nothing to it. She has already but a domain name but she used weebly (drop and drop website builder). I was wondering how I write my code for her new website.

Thanks,

You will probably need her to set you up with an FTP account so you can upload your files. You can create your files locally, and once you have access to her account directory, you should be able to upload them and see what you have done.

I don't believe that Weebly offers FTP. It's meant to be more of drag and drop only. However you can check out this article and see if you are able to edit the source: http://www.webnots.com/edit-source-html-or-css-in-free-weebly-site/
