How do you start over on a track? I didn't practice on my own but only as I went so I forgot quickly... a big mistake but I need to start over.
Any tips for retaining the information? i've tried rewinding the clips, but usually I later find small things or phrases I forget.

You can simply find the track and rewatch the videos you want by choosing them in the list of videos. And as for retaining information: I actually takes notes to everything in the videos. I often take screenshots of the helpful animations describing certain terms.

Try going to the track for example: https://teamtreehouse.com/tracks/ios-development-with-swift-20 and then clicking on the course you want to revisit. Then you can select the exact video you want to rewatch :)
